Plans are being developed by the Shannon County Supportive Services and Parent Advisory Committee to sponsor the Annual Pine Ridge Reservation Student Recognition Banquet. The banquet will be held at the Wolf Creek Elementary School.

This special program to brings together an outstanding group of students from across the Pine Ridge Reservation and provides them with a banquet, a speaker, entertainment, and special recognition. All students nominated will be invited to the recognition activity.

The committee is encouraging educators, students, and parents to support this effort to recognize students that have excelled in the classrooma nd in extra-curricular activities. All of the forms that need to be completed for the nomination of your students can be downloaded from this site.
Students receive plaques and jackets. Entertainment is provided as well as a wonderful meal and interesting speakers. Parents are encouraged to attend.

Forms are located under each heading for each category. If you have a student in each category you must download the forms for that category. Form A for 8th Grade Academics IS NOT the same as the Form A under the other categories, and so on.

FORMS FOR EACH CATEGORY SHOULD BE DOWNLOADED.

Please make a extra effort to encourage all the students who are nominated to attend.

Please note that one student from each category is to be nominated per school. An identified person from each school should work with nominees to ensure that all forms are completely filled out and all necessary attachments are included.
