Poster Contest
About the Program
We are sponsoring a Classroom poster contest designed to expose the dangers of Meth Usage. The posters should be on poster board and should be laminated to prevent them from being damaged. The student’s names, age, school, teacher and grade should be on back of the poster.
This poster can be a combination of “cut and paste” from computer generated lettering or artwork. It can be hand drawn or painted. It can be very colorful or black and white. The main thing to remember is, “does it catch your eye” and “does it have a good message about the dangers of Meth.”
This is a classroom project that can be completed in many ways. Some ideas would be to have groups work on posters and then pick the best poster of the classroom to send as a classroom choice. Another idea would be to put different groups of students in charge of different areas of the poster, like the lettering or the artwork. Use your imagination and come up with a great poster. Please have all entries here at our office by November 21, 2012.
